This fund is responsible in providing assistance to the learners who may be deprived of education due to financial inability. In providing this assistance priority will be given to those who have not had basic education. The fund is also responsible for providing resources to private schools which do not make a profit by running the school. Financial help is also provided on a loan basis to students studying abroad if and when they require assistance. Assist in educational and developmental projects and also contribute financial assistance to those in the publishing or printing of books and stationary.

a. To maintain and cultivate the fund in all the possible ways.

b. The fund will take responsibilities for liabilities only to the amount available in the fund.

c. An advisory committee will be set up to run the fund.
