Volunteer teachers from UK began arriving today

Volunteer teachers who are to be brought from some European countries began arriving to Maldives today. Two teachers from the United Kingdom, Sarah Groves and Alison Warnock would mainly be working in the Teacher Resource Center in Hdh. Kulhudhuffushi in the upgrading of teachers. These two teachers are specialized in the field of language and the science subjects. They would also be assisting in teaching in the schools.

Minister of Education Dr. Mustafa Lutfi, State Minister for Education Dr. Ahmed Ali Didi, Deputy Ministers of Education Dr. Abdullah Nazeer and Mrs. Shifa Mohamed and Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Education Dr. Aamal Ali met with the volunteer teachers today, at the Ministry of Education.
