Indian Ambassador His Excellency Mr. D. M. Mulay paid a courtesy call on the Minister of Education Dr. Mustafa Lutfi today.

His Excellency Mr. D. M. Mulay and the Minister held talks about the education sector of both the countries and both were very interested in beginning a student exchange program between India and Maldives. They also discussed ways on how such a program can be begun this year. Ideas were also exchanged between both the parties on an Indo-Maldives friendship week which would be held this year.

Dr. Mustafa Lutfi thanked H. E. Mr. D. M. Mulay for their assistance especially in the education sector and for the whole nation in general.
